Lahore : The Chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) and Chairman Kashmir Committee Maulana Fazal ur Rehman called on Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, here today.
Both the leaders strongly condemned unprovoked Indian firing at Sialkot Working Boundary as well as brutalities of the Indian armed forces against unarmed Kashmiri people in Occupied Kashmir and expressed their solidarity with the bereaved families.
On the occasion, Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said the more Indian unprovoked firing at Working Boundary is condemned, the less it would be. On one side, India is involved in brutalities against unarmed Kashmiris in the Occupied Kashmir and on the other side; it is violating Line of Control and Working Boundary. This Indian attitude is a big obstacle in maintaining enduring peace in the region. Pakistan is a peaceful country and the national interests of the country are most important. The people of Pakistan are standing with their brave armed forces, concluded the Chief Minister.
