Prime Minister files objections on JIT report in Supreme Court

Lahore : Prime Minister files objections on JIT report in Supreme Court through his council Kh Haris.The PML-N lawyers requested the court for the provision of volume 10 and correspondence details before further proceeding.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif council objected that JIT blatantly misused the authority by hiring UK firm belonging to cousin of JIT head Wajid Zia.

As a matter of record ,the entire investigation was farce and breach of due process for fair trial.This august court has declared that there can be no fair trial without fair investigation.

No effort was made by the JIT to record material evidence which was essential for the case of the respondents.

JIT was given 60 days to complete its report and they can not be placed any further documents on the record.

In the entire JIT report there is no incriminating evidence against respondent no 1 (PM Nawaz Sharif),the finding recorded by the JIT, inadmissible in the eye of law based on orchestrated ,suspicion and unfounded conjectures and surmises .

As a matter of fact the entire investigation proceedings smack of malafides of the JIT members.

JIT blatantly misused the authority conferred on its members to seek mutual legal assistance by hiring private persons,firm in UK belonging to the cousin of the head of the JIT.
