Statement of Chairman NAB regarding inquires .

As a matter of record ,the entire investigation was farce and breach of due process for fair trial. This august court has declared that there can be no fair trial without fair investigation.

No effort was made by the JIT to record material evidence which was essential for the case of the respondents.

JIT was given 60 days to complete its report and they can not be placed any further documents on the record.

In the entire JIT report there is no incriminating evidence against respondent no 1 (PM Nawaz Sharif),the finding recorded by the JIT, inadmissible in the eye of law based on orchestrated ,suspicion and unfounded conjectures and surmises .
