Lahore police arrest his own officials for harassing a judge & his family

Lahore : Civil Lines Police have arrested four officials of PS Lyton Road for harassing additional session judge Sargodha Ashtar Abbas and his family. Four cops including SI Nazar , ASI Islam, Constable Imdad Ali and Babar were locked up whereas SHO Lyton Road Tanveer Hussain managed  to escape from police station. SP Civil Lines is trying to settle the issue while announcing inquiry of the matter. No FIR has been lodged yet.

It was said that Lyton Road police arrested additional session judge Sargodha and his family while checking Taj hotel situated at Chauburji park , in the wee hours of Friday night . The judge became furious when he was humiliated in the name of investigation and introduced himself that wet the pants of the cops and they started requesting and sought apology.

The judge called senior judicial officers and told them the whole matter who immediately notice the event and talked to CCPO Lahore who sent SP Civil Lines Ali Raza to PS Lyton Road.

The judge was sent back with all the respect and protocol along with his family with the assurance of stern action against the cops. An application has been moved from the staff member of the judge for the registration of the case.
