University of Lahore organizes earth breaking ceremony of Engineering Block at Sargodha campus

Lahore : Government is endeavouring to deliver quality education in the Province and private sector is being encouraged to utilize their talent for imparting standard education particularly at far flung areas.

This was said by Punjab Education and Archeology Minister, Rana Mashhood Ahmed while addressing to the earth breaking ceremony of Engineering Block, University of Lahore, at Sargodha campus. Among others MNA Zulfiqar Ali Bhatti, Patron, UOL M.A. Rauf, administration, students and notables of the area were also present on the occasion.

Education minister said that provincial government is recruiting 70 thousands educators besides construction of 36 thousands new classrooms throughout Punjab.

While talking about the political and geographic scenario of the country,  Rana Mashhood affirmed that country is facing geographical threats and some anti-state actors are playing their ulterior character to destabilize the country.

He maintained that India is striving to crush Kashmir freedom movement by escalating its army at border-lines.  Indian army is fostering atrocity and cruelty in Kashmir whereas a Pakistani political party is engaging in merry-making and entertaining its workers through musical shows, he condemned. PTI protest is an obvious intrigue against the socio-economic growth of the country and Pak-china economic corridor. He said that PTI  leadership should ponder about the intricacy of the developing situation. It should inculcate constructive political thinking amongst its workers.  He added that Imran khan should come to the table to resolve each and every issue.

He said that misconception about judicial commission and TOR committee can be resolved amicably with mutual negotiations instead roaring, hue and cry on the roads.

He expressed that opposition does not spare any opportunity to jeopardize national days.  He said that PTI and opposition parties should trust upon of judicial system and courts and should lodge their reservation in these courts. Responding to a question, Education Minister said whole nation is backing the army and defense agencies to retaliate any venture extended by Indian army.

Replying another question by a journalist regarding appointment of a regular V.C. in Sargodha University, he said that case is in the court whose decision is expected during near future. He remarked that University of Lahore is the one of the best University of country and this university is flourishing in and out of Pakistan as well.
