Kinnaird College student found dead in Pearl Continental Hotel,Lahore

Lahore : A young girl was found shot dead from Pearl Continental Hotel room . Investigators identified the woman as Rabia Naseer, a 24-year-old resident of Batapur and said to be the student of graduation classes at Kinnaird College. Her body was moved to the morgue for an autopsy.Race Course Police have registered a murder case against Unknown accused on the statement of her brother Faisal Naseer who claimed that Rabia left home for college and he did not know who took him to PC Hotel.

The girl was found shot in the neck inside one of the rooms of the leading hotel located on The Mall, frequented by foreigners and political elite.

The hotel administration immediately called the police after a waiter witnessed the blood-soaked body lying on the bed. Police investigators said that they also recovered a handbag, pistol, and bullets from the room.

It was however unclear yet who called the lady to the hotel room. The police asked the hotel administration to provide them complete record of the person who got the room booked.

A police officer who visited the crime scene told that they were investigating to trace the real culprit.

Also, police were going through the CCTV footage, collected from the hotel administration, to know what actually happened there. Further investigations were underway.
