Pakistan government is representing Barack Obama and Modi : Senator Sirajul Haq

Siraj ul HaqLahore : Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Senator Sirajul Haq, has said that the government in Islamabad was representing Barack Obama and Modi instead of the Pakistani nation and had forgotten the Kashmir issue for friendship and trade with India.

Addressing a reception at Bhera near Sargodha on Thursday, he said that the Pakistan government should have risen in protest against the mass killings in the valley during the last few days. However, he said the government had not been able to highlight the Kashmir issue at any world forum including the OIC and the UN.  He said that a special meetings of  the envoys of the Muslim countries should be arranged and a solid line of action worked out for Kashmir’ liberation.

He said that eight lakh Indian troops in Held Kashmir had failed to crush the Kashmiris’ struggle. He said it was time that Islamabad realized the gravity of the situation and stood  behind the Kashmiris freedom movement.  He said that peace in South Asia entirely depended on the solution of the Kashmir issue in accordance with the UN resolutions.

Sirajul Haq said that India was using chemical weapons against the Kashmiris. He said the world community should take notice of the loss of the eyesight of hundreds of Kashmiris at the hand of the occupation army.

Speaking on corruption, the JI chief said that  the government did not want investigation into the Panama leaks and was trying to delay the matter.

Sirajul Haq said the factories and bank balances of the present and the past rulers were the ill-gotten money and the nation would recover every penny from them. He said there was no difference between the past and the present rulers and they were protecting each other’s  corruption. He said the corrupt rulers had raised a big question mark over the future of the country.

The JI chief however said that if the masses wanted an end to corruption, they should come out against the coterie of the corrupt from Khyber to Karachi. He said if the country could be saved by sacrificing a few thousand corrupt people, it won’t be a bad deal.

Sirajul Haq said that if the Islamic system/ the Shariah was not enforced in the country, even the nuclear capability could not save this homeland.
