Dr Mujahid Kamran announces Rs 50,000 monthly stipend for PU’s swimmer

Lahore : Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran has announced Rs 50,000 monthly stipend for PU’s swimmer and student of Institute of Administrative Sciences Sami Ullah.

In this regard, Samiullah called on PU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran at his office along with Additional Director Sports Mehmood Khalid and received a cheque.

It is pertinent to mention here that Samiullah has set a new record in All Pakistan Inter-Universities Swimming Championship organized by Sports Board Punjab by getting thirteen gold medals in 19 events. Samiullah also obtained 3 silver and 2 bronze medals and was declared the best swimmer in the competition.

PU VC Dr Mujahid Kamran congratulated the swimmer on his landmark achievement and advised him to achieve new heights of excellence.
