Pak youth appreciated at UN conference in Azerbaijan

Pak youth appreciated at UN conference in Azerbaijan 1 Baku : Gathering from around the world for a United Nations conference in the Azerbaijani capital of Baku, young people of all walks of life, from an Internet technology intern to a dentist, are working to define future narratives to counter potentially compelling discourse of those who seek to divide society.

“Young people of Pakistan are working towards for the progressive Pakistan and committed for the peace and tolerance,” said Mr. Fsahat, Presidential youth award holder and Chairman Youth Advocacy Network was repressing Pakistan along with other 3 youth members from Pakistan during the pre-opening event of the UN Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) Global Forum Baku 2016.

He also shared with the forum about steps taken by government and youth advocacy network towards peace and intercultural/religious harmony in Pakistan; he particularly shared the results and impacts of Talab-E-Amen (Students if Peace) a national level campaign by Youth Advocacy NetworkPak youth appreciated at UN conference in Azerbaijan (YAN) for the intercultural dialogue and harmony in 6 public sector universities in Islamabad, Muzaffarabad and all provincial capitals of Pakistan supported by the UNAOC.

Mr. Ahmad Alhendawi UN Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth; appreciated youth engagement by Youth Advocacy Network for peace building and harmony in Pakistan and worldwide.

Ambassador of Pakistan to Azerbaijan Mr. Khalid Usman Qasier called upon a meeting with Mr. Fsahat Ul Hassan at Pakistan high commission in Baku. He encouraged the participation of youth in high level events and appreciated the role of youth in promoting positive image of Pakistan.” I see Pakistan’s future in our Youth, they must not fail” he said.
