Lahore: West Indies stun England in final over to claim World T20 final,Carlos Brathwaite finishes 34 not out with four consecutive sixes .

England have set a total of 156 runs to chase for West Indies in the final of the ICC World T20 2016.

West Indies won the toss and elected to field first against England in the World Twenty20 final at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Sunday.

Skipper Darren Sammy named an unchanged side from the one that defeated India in the semi-finals.

Eoin Morgan s England were also unchanged as the two teams bid for their second World T20 title.

West Indies made a brilliant start to their innings pick up quick wickets, unsettling the English batsmen at the crease. Samuel Badree was utmost impressive with his spin bowling as he made sure that no English batter sticks to the wicket for long. However, Joe Root played a responsible knock of 54 runs and was supported by Jos Buttler in the process who scored 36 runs. The West Indies were able to pick up 9 wickets as England finished their 20 overs with a total of 155 on the board. Bravo, Brathwaite picked three wickets each for the Windies whereas Badree dismissed two batsmen.

During the second innings, West Indies batting line has started stumbling as the team lost 3 key wickets for only 13 runs. But Samuels responsible innings and Carlos Brathwaite swift 34 Runs made possible the unbelievable victory.What an amazing final and what a results for West Indies.
