CM Punjab visits Government Girls High School Mandi Raiwind

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif on return from participating in passing out ceremony of first batch of Dolphin Force at Chung Police Training Centre, today, suddenly landed his helicopter at Mandi Raiwind near Railway Lines .

The Chief Minister reached Government Girls High School Mandi Raiwind on foot and visited classrooms. He talked to the teachers and girl students about educational activities. He reviewed provision of water and educational facilities in the school and inspected classrooms. The girl students expressed joy on seeing the Chief Minister among them.

Shahbaz Sharif while talking to girl students said that they are bright future of Pakistan and all possible facilities will be ensured for providing quality education to them. The students informed the Chief Minister about their problems.

Shahbaz Sharif assured the students that their problems will be resolved on priority basis. The Chief Minister announced to bear educational expenses of an orphan student Amna Batool and said that all out resources will be provided for the education of this daughter of the nation. Shahbaz Sharif said that the future of the nation is linked with them and they have to take the country forward, therefore, they should pay attention to their education and continue their study with hard work.

The Chief Minister directed to install water filtration plant at Government Girls High School Mandi Raiwind and said that the condition of classrooms should be improved as there should be best environment where builders of the future of the nation are studying. He said that promotion of quality education is our top priority and all out resources will be provided for promotion of education. Shahbaz Sharif visited various classrooms and also talked to the students in English language.

Later, the Chief Minister also addressed a gathering of thousands of people at Mandi Raiwind and said that he will live and die with the people and continue to serve them. He said that service to the masses is his mission. He said that no effort was spared in serving the people during last seven and half years and new records of public service will be set during next two and a half years.

Shahbaz Sharif said that we will honor the mandate given by the people in elections 2013 and come up to their expectations. MNA Afzal Khokhar accompanied him.
