Hamza Shahbaz addresses a public meeting in Jalalpur Pirwala

Lahore: Central leader of PML-N, Hamza Shahbaz has said that our politics is not for the power but is for serving the masses, resolving problems of the country and putting it on the road to progress and prosperity.

Addressing a public meeting of PML-N candidate for NA-153 Jalalpur Pirwala, Rana Muhammad Qasim Noon, Hamza Shahbaz asked Imran Khan to stop making joke with the people. He said that those gave vote to Imran Khan are waiting for him. He said that those raised hue and cry of rigging during two and a half years and approached the courts against present government have received answer and now Imran Khan should realize the sanctity of vote of the people of Pakistan.

Hamza Shahbaz said that mothers of those who sacrificed their lives in the war against terrorism know the value of the freedom. Contrary to it, the statement of Imran Khan regarding opening office of Taliban tantamount to add insult to their injuries, he added.

Hamza Shahbaz said that Imran Khan will continue raising hue and cry but after Lahore and Rawalpindi, citizens of Multan will soon start travelling in the cool metro bus. He said that we know the problems of farmers and are working day and night for the development of the country. He said that the country of Quaid-e-Azam will be made prosperous through 46 billion dollars investment by China. He said that those doing politics of lie and allegations will be held accountable after two and a half years.

Hamza Shahbaz said that he has come to win the hearts of the people and not the election. He expressed the hope that after winning bye-election on March 17, all problems of NA-153 will be resolved on priority basis. He said that the mission of Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif becoming third time Prime Minister is to put the country on the road to progress in the real sense. He said that we will come up to the expectations of the people and overcome all important problems including load-shedding by 2018.

Candidate from NA-153 Rana Muhammad Qasim Noon, Dewan Ashiq Bukhari, Mehdi Abbas, Naghma Mushtaq Laang, Syed Javed Ali Shah, Shaukat Hayat Noon, Rana Mehmood-ul-Hassan and Abdul Ghaffar Dogar addressing the public meeting said that NA-153 has always been the bastion of PML-N and expressed the hope that people will vote to it. A large number of people warmly welcomed Hamza Shehbaz and raised slogans in his favour. The youth were dancing on the party songs. The venue of the meeting was jam-packed and the media termed it the biggest political gathering of the area.
