5 terrorist gun down in Shah kot,Nankana Sahib

Lahore: At about 1:30am  dated 13-03-2016, District Officer CTD Nankana got a source information that 7-8 terrorists belonging to Lashkar-e-Jhangvi/ TTP were present near bridge of drain Nala Chak Nodha, PS Shahkot saddar district Nankana sahib.

They were preparing for the attack on LEAs personnel. On getting this information,

Police party put a barricade ( nakabandi ) on Shahkot Road.

CTD police party challenged them to surrender but terrorists started indiscriminate firing at the police party. The police retaliated in self defence.

When firing stopped, 05 terrorists( identity being established) were found dead and others escaped getting benefit of darkness.

13 feet primacord

2 × motorcycle

2 × detonator

1 × KK

1 × 222 Rifle

3 × pistols

80× bullets

1 × bag

Investigation has been launched.
