Bilal Yasin visits to Shadman Sunday Bazar

Lahore: Provincial Minister for Food, Bilal Yasin paid a surprise visit to Shadman Sunday Bazar today. He reviewed security measures, cleanliness situation, and the facilities being provided to the consumers in the bazaar.

The Minister also reviewed the prices of edible items on various stalls and inquired from the citizens about their quality. He directed the staff of TMA to care for the consumers especially women and elderly persons visiting the bazaar. He said that government is determined to provide daily use items to the people at cheaper rates.

Bilal Yasin said that profiteers and hoarders are strictly dealt with in this regard that is why the food situation in the province is satisfactory. He said that under the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, special attention is being paid to food security in Punjab so that food requirements of common man should be fulfilled in an effective manner.

He said that public service is our mission so that fruits of democracy could reach every person and living standard of common man be raised.
