Lahore: A special team constituted by Director General Wildlife and Parks Punjab, Khalid Ayaz Khan conducted a raid with the help of Pakistan Rangers in the border area and recovered departmental fine of Rs.26000 from Muhammad Salim s/o Miraj Din and Asghar Ali s/o Sher Muhammad for illegal hunting of waterfowls.
According to details, District Officer Wildlife Fateh Ullah Shah along with watchers Arshad Kamboh and Muhammad Yousaf conducted a raid with the help of Pakistan Rangers in village Burj Company Chakrali, tehsil Muridke district Sheikhupura and recovered two starlings and a snipe from Muhammad Salim and Asghar Ali and imposed a departmental fine of Rs.26000 for illegal hunting.
