KPK Govt letter for CPEC meeting participation revealed

Lahore:  In response of concerns being shown by CM KPK Pervez Khattak on China-Pakistan Economic Corridor for keeping him dark regarding the CPEC project, Federal Minister for Planning & Development Ahsan Iqbal has revealed an official letter written by the provincial Planning & Development Department of KPK Government for participation in the high-level meeting between the governments of China and Pakistan.

Talking on a private television channel, Ahsan Iqbal presented the letter copy dated November 4th, 2015 in which KPK Government has nominated the provincial Parliamentary Secretary along with Chief Economist, and Chief Economic Analysis to represent the KPK government during the 5th JCC meeting between the governments of both countries, held at Karachi, on November last year.

A number of analysts on national level are terming the allegations by CM KPK as a political move to politicize the national project.
