Lahore: Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Senator Sirajul Haq has denounced Indian Premier Modi’s sudden visit to the country, , questioned Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif what made him invite a Hindu fanatic who had an active role in the fall of Dhaka and was the master mind behind New Delhi’s designs and activities against this country.
Sirajul Haq said that Modi, as Chief Minister of Indian state of Gujrat, was responsible for the burning to death of large number of Muslim in a train. Modi had begun the genocide of Kashmiris and intensified Indian forces attack at the Line of Control and the working boundary. Modi had the key role in the demolition of the historic Babri Mosque at whose site a Hindu temple was being built now.
He said the government in Islamabad had ample evidence of India’s involvement in bomb blasts and subversive activities in Balochistan, and abductions from the province. “ I ask Nawaz Sharif why had he invited Modi and what message he wants to send to the Kashmiris? “
He said it was ironical that Pakistan’s Prime Minister stood with Modi while the Pakistani nation stood with the Kashmiris and added that Nawaz Sharif had rubbed salt on the wounds of the Kashmiris.
He told the Prime Minister to correct his approach and be sure that there could not be friendship with India unless and until the Kashmir issue was resolved in accordance with the Kashmiris’ wishes.
Addressing the gathering, ex-NA Hafiz Salman Butt said that Modi was the killer of Indian and Kashmiri Muslims and the leader of the Mukti Bahini. Nawaz Sharif has invited on his birth day and the wedding of his grand -daughter, a person who was the killer of the Pakistanis happiness.
Meanwhile, while addressing the Shoora of the JI Sindh in Karachi, Siraj ul Haq stressed that the clash of institutions should be avoided and the national interest should be given preference.
He said that the Sindh needed good governance and not Governor’s rule. It required a system where peace was restored, corruption was controlled, and the life ,property and honour of the citizens was secure.
