Those attacking the democratic system are enemies of the country :Liaqat Baloch

Lahore: Secretary General, Jamaat e Islami, Liaqat Baloch, has said that all those attacking  the democratic system, national economy and subverting the elections were also terrorists and enemies of the country and the nation, and N.A.B, the F.I. A or Rangers alone could deal with them. He was addressing the leaders of the National Labour Federation and the JI youth wing on Friday.

The JI central leader said that the country was passing through critical situation and the patriotic leadership should step forward and play a decisive role in restoring the public confidence otherwise the history wont forgive them.

Welcoming the Muslim states alliance under the leadership of Saudi Arabia, Liaqat Baloch stressed that the Muslim countries still outside the alliance should also be invited to join the military alliance against terrorism and added that division in the Muslim world would only benefit the colonial powers.

The actual need of the hour, he said, was that the Muslim countries formed a new block for joint defense besides political, economic and cultural unity. He said that such an alliance was essential to counter the United Nations and the European Union as were partisan and their enmity for Islam was a prove fact.

Continuing Liaqat Baloch said that India had been staging the drama of talks but its real face soon became evident.   He said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif should adopt a policy on talks with India and Kashmir issue based on national consensus and not on his personal whims.
