PTI would take part in the general election 2018 at full scale: Imran Khan

Chairman Imran KhanLahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan Friday gave the credit of the ongoing operation Zarb-e-Azb in North Waziristan Agency to Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.

Talking to media at Lahore Airport, he said there was unanimity among all political parties to root out the menace of terrorism, as resolved at the All Parties Conference.Pakistan Army has achieved tremendous success in the operation Zarb-e-Azb and the credit also goes to the prime minister for evolving consensus on the issue before the operation was launched, he said.

About Karachi operation he claimed, Pakistan People’s Party and Muttahida Qaumi Movement had now joined hands to protect corrupt persons and their armed wings being targeted by Rangers.

PTI chief Imran Khan said the people of Sindh wholeheartedly support the operation, being carried out by Rangers, but certain political parties were trying to clip special powers of Rangers under the pretext of safeguarding democracy.

He said the PTI would take part in the general election 2018 at full scale.
