PML-N and the PPP not to play with the future of the country :Senator Sirajul Haq

Lahore: Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Senator Sirajul Haq, has said that the December 16 terrorist attack at the Army Public School, Peshawar, was an attack on the future of the country and the nation and the martyrdom of APS students had revived the wounds of the Dhaka tragedy. He was addressing the talent Award ceremony of the Islami Jamiat e Talaba, at Al-Falah, Islamabad.

Sirajul Haq said that the APS tragedy had united the nation on the agenda of wiping out terrorism and lawlessness, but the ruling parties were now  bent upon shaking this unity. He said the Rangers had restored peace in Karachi by laying down their lives but some people were placing hurdles in its way.

He stressed upon the PML(N) and the PPP not to play with the future of the country and warned that if the country was not allowed to run in accordance with the constitution and the law, the democracy in its present form would not continue.

Sirajul Haq said that corruption was the biggest issue facing the country but the NAB and the courts were reluctant to lay hands on the VIPs involved in mega corruption.  He said the rulers did not want and end of corruption but added that without doing that, the country could not be pulled out of social and economic mess.

He announced that the JI would begin a countrywide campaign against corruption and stage sit ins, in major cities against this evil. He said that the plunderers of public money would be grabbed from their collar and all ill-gotten wealth would be pulled out of their bellies. He said the youth, poor workers and kisans would join the JI campaign against corruption.

The JI chief said that the tragedy of Fall of Dhaka had occurred on December 16 and our sworn enemy India had play an active e role in the breakup of this country. However, he said the rulers were kissing the hands and the forehead of Modi during the same month. He said that the rulers were not  giving any positive message to the youth by trying to befriend Modi who was involved in the massacre of Indian Hindus.

He said the US was making conspiracies in the way of close Pak China relations by building India the mini power of the region.

Sirajul Haq  demanded that before the privatization of the PIA, the nation should be informed as to who had destroyed the PIA. He asked if the PIA was running in losses, was Islamabad going in profit?.
