New taxes of Rs 40 billion is a joke with the masses: Ch Shujaat Hussain

Lahore: PML-Q President and former Prime Minister Ch Shujaat Hussain and senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi have said that by burdening the people with new taxes of Rs 40 billion the govt has proved its failure, what bigger joke with deprivations and helplessness of the people can be that it was said these will not make any difference to the common man.

These expressed these views while addressing a meeting in connection with reorganization of PML Sindh held in Islamabad on Thursday. The meeting was participated by PML-Q Sindh new President Asad Ali Junejo besides General Secretary Babu Ghulam Sarwar Sial and other office-bearers including newly-elected Member District Council Abdul Latif Rind, Rakesh Kumar Rind Senior Vice-President District West Karachi Muhammad Ibrahim Qalandrani among others.

These office-bearers felicitated Asad Ali Junejo and assuring complete cooperation said that Ch Shujat Hussain has made right selection of the head of PML Sindh, under his sincere leader leadership Muslim League Sindh will be organized and made active party at every level.

Ch Shujat Hussain and Ch Parvez Elahi said that with the cooperation of sincere workers Asad Junejo will unite the party throughout Sindh, Asad Junejo is honest and man of commitment, because of his belonging to a great Muslim Leaguer family, national identity and personal virtues he is respected and given honour by one and all.

Asad Junejo said that for organizing and activating the party and uniting the workers he will undertake detailed tour of entire Sindh soon.

Ch Shujat Hussain and Ch Parvez Elahi congratulated Abdul Latif Rind who has been elected as member of District Council Karachi on the symbol of cycle.
