Father and son were murdered over water dispute in village Rukan

Mandi Bahauddin(Sher Gondal) : Father and son were murdered over water dispute in village Rukan in Gojra police precincts. According to details Nawaz son and Umar father were irrigating their crop on Tuesday morning. Water over flowed the field and entered adjacent paddy crop belonging to Aslam and Sahib Nazir who turned angry and clash began. Reportedly Nawaz regretted the act and begged pardon over causing the paddy field wet.  But the matter did not cool down and Aslam with others started firing. The bullets hit Nawaz and Umra and as result both died on the spot. On information police reached the spot and registered FIR. Dead bodies were moved to DHQ Hospital for autopsy. Further investigation is in progress.
