Country wide longish tremor scars the masses

Lahore: At Least 2-3 minutes jolts were experienced in the country.Lahore,Islamabad,Peshawar,Karachi,Rawalpindi,Sargodha.Multan,Faisalabad,Malakand Division,Gilgat, Biltastan,Hunza,Chitral and other parts of the country.

The magnitude on the richter scale was 7.7. and the centre was in Badakhshan,Afghanistan. American Geological Survey has reported it was 7.7  magnitude whereas Islamabad marked it as 8.1 magnitude on the richter scale.

So far no casualty has been recorded. Panic gripped the affected areas with people seen rushing for safety and reciting verses from the Holy Quran.

No loss has been reported yet but number of people have witnessed jumping cars on the roads and waving buildings in every area.

PTV has reported that Dubai have earthquake shocks as well.Today’s shocks were as longish and scary like the earthquake of 2005
