Metro Bus service will be closed on Muharram 9th & 10th

Lahore: Spokesman of Metro Bus Authority has said that it has been decided not to operate metro bus service due to security reasons during Muharram-ul-Harram in Lahore and Rawalpindi and the  concerned commissioners have formally issued notification in this regard.

The spokesman said that police and law enforcement agencies can use metro corridor for surveillance during Muharram holidays. He said that metro bus service will start its operation as per routine on Sunday, October 25 in Lahore and Rawalpindi.
