Pakistan’s Ambassador-designate to Morocco Nadir Chaudhary calls on Pervaiz Rashid

Lahore: Federal Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage Senator Pervaiz Rashid Saturday said that Pakistan and Morocco enjoyed close, fraternal and cordial relations with each other.

The minister was talking to Pakistan’s Ambassador-designate to Morocco Nadir Chaudhary, who called on him here. He said that Pakistan highly valued its ties with Morocco and would further like to enhance cooperation in diverse fields and various areas mutually beneficial to each other.

The Information Minister said that Morocco was not only a leading Muslim state but also enjoyed paramount importance in the African Continent.

Senator Pervaiz Rashid hoped that Nadir Chaudhary, being an experienced and seasoned professional in the field of media and communication, would utilize his expertise and play his due role in promoting a true image of Pakistan in the comity of nations.

Nadir Chaudhary reiterated his resolve to further strengthen bilateral ties between the two countries by exploring various avenues of mutual cooperation.

The minister congratulated the newly designate ambassador and wished him a good luck for his new assignment.
