Supreme court refuses to give stay order to former MNA Siddique Baloch

Muhammad Sidique Khan BalochLahore: Supreme court refused to give stay order to former MNA Siddique Baloch on his petition to suspend the election tribunal decision in NA-154.

Today, full bench of Supreme court headed by Mr.justice Ijaz Ch proceeded the petition of Siddique Baloch, seeking suspension of the election tribunal orders with the view that his degrees are original.

The apex court did not give immediate relief to the applicant by refusing stay order and sought reply from the PTI candidate Jahangir Tareen on 29th of September.

The election Tribunal has mentioned in his decision that Siddique Baloch claimed to pass matric exam at the age of 43 in Sindhi Language but he does not know Sindhi language that’s why his degree seemed to be a fake one.
