Why the govt is silent on Indian aggression ? Ch Pervaiz Elahi

Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi has said that Indian aggression should be given forceful reply, Pak army is performing its duty on boundary line but there has been no reaction from the govt side so far regarding the Indian aggression.

He asked why Nawaz Sharif is afraid of Moodi govt adding that foreign policy cannot be run by presenting sarees.

Talking to different delegations at his residence here today, Ch Parvez Elahi said we are breathing in comfort today because of Pak army, we are safe from external and internal threats faced by Pakistan because of the armed forces.

He said that the Election Commission has proved N-League rigging, whichever constituency is opened, proofs of their rigging will come out, speech of Nawaz Sharif prior to the election results was to cover up this rigging, all parties have declared 2013 election as the RO’s election, rigged election was accepted for continuation of democracy, now N-League has sealed this democracy also by stamping it with rigging through overnight attack, as such all opposition parties will have to agree on one point for continuation and strengthening of democracy.

He said further that the national institutions are not being allowed to work in a free atmosphere, opposition members are not given the opportunity to speak in the National Assembly rather they are cat-called. He said such democracy is not acceptable to us in which common man has to run around for his rights, our party will continue raising voice for the rights of the people on every front so that the people get their rights in respectable manner.
