Imran Khan bolds the speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq

Lahore: Chairman PTI Imran Khan has clean bold the speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq.The Election Tribunal has given Ayaz Sadiq out by holding his finger up on the appeal of Imran Khan.

The tribunal’s judge Kazim Ali Malik declared that no proof of rigging was found during the proceeding of the case of NA-122 but the irregularities of the election commission staff were found at a large scale,form 15 were missing in a big numbers and number of form 16 were not matching with the result sheets.

The circumstances supported the fact that the results of NA-122 does not reflect the mandate of the people so fresh elections in the constituency would be justified to get the mandate of the people,the tribunal added in the decision.The tribunal also disqualified the MPA Mohsin Rafique elected from PP-147,on the petition of PTI’s Shoaib Sidiqi.

Imran Khan has welcomed the decision of the Election Tribunal ,stating that truth has prevailed at last.

Speaker Ayaz Sadiq has accepted the decision while stating that when rigging was not proved then new elections in the constituency has no reason,we will challenge the decision of the tribunal in the supreme court.
