Lahore: 68th Independence Day (Yaum-e-Azadi) was celebrated with traditional zeal and fervor at PMA House, Lahore. Celebration started with Flag Hoisting at PMA House Lahore. Dr. Muhammad Sarwar Ch., Dr. Dil Muhammad Mirza senior leaders of PMA were the guest of honour.
While Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ashraf Nizami, Dr. Azim ud Din Zahid, Dr. Shahid Malik, Dr. Izhar Ahmad Ch., Dr. Kamran Saeed, Dr. Tariq Rehmani, Dr. Wajid Ali, Dr. Aleem Nawaz, Dr. Talha Sherwani, Dr. Rana Sohail, Dr. Asma Yasin, Dr.Qazi Yasir, Dr. Tehsina Zafar, Dr. Iram Shahzadi and large number of members of executive committee were present. Later on Dr. Muhammad Sarwar Ch. cut the Independence Day Cake.
The office bearers on this occasion prayed for the peace and prosperity of the country and pledged to work hard to boist the flag of Mother Land high and high in the world.
