PML-Q women wing vice-president Rukhsana Mehr joins PTI

PML-Q women wing vice-president Rukhsana Mehr joins PTILahore: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Punjab Organiser Chaudhary Muhammad Sarwar has said the PML-N and PPP’s political “Titanic” is sinking and the situation in the country will determine whether the incumbent government will complete its constitutional tenure or not.

He said the nation would not tolerate the government, if it will continue bombing with price-hike, joblessness and corruption. He said that only five per cent corrupt and politicians had held the country hostage. He said the PTI was fully supporting the security agencies’ actions  against criminals and those sabotaging peace in the country.

Addressing a delegation of hundreds of women led by PML-Q women wing vice-president Rukhsana Mehr, who announced their joining the PTI on Friday, Chaudhary Sarwar said the PML-N and PPP had looted the country and now raising fake slogans to befool the masses.

However, he said, now their political Titanic is sinking and the PTI was ready to lead the country towards progress and prosperity.

Chaudhary Sarwar said the PTI was fully supporting the democracy but the prevailing circumstances would determine whether the incumbent government would complete its tenure or not. He said the corrupt politicians could visibly see their defeat in fair elections and that was why they were trying to create hurdles in the holding of local body elections.

He said the PML-N made promises before coming into power that it would end price-hike, joblessness and resolve other issues but their performance had so far remained zero. He said people were now ready to express their hatred against the PML-N in the upcoming local body elections. He said all those, who wanted to raise their voice against corruption and other excesses being committed against masses, were joining the PTI in battalions. He said the PTI under the leadership of Imran Khan would not disappoint all those, who wanted to see rule of law and prosperity in the country.

Chaudhary Sarwar said that no political or religious party should support the criminals because they were not only the enemies of the nation but those political and religious parties as well. He said that wiping out the criminal elements would be in the best interest of all stakeholders.
