Lahore: German Ambassador to Pakistan Dr Cyrill Nunn called on Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Ch Shujat Hussain and senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi today at their residence in Islamabad.
During the meeting, which lasted for some time, views were exchanged about Pak-German relations, situation in the region and other matters of mutual interest.
PML leaders expressed their grave concern on Indian disclosures about involvement of India in terrorist activities in Balochistan and RAW activities in Karachi. They said the Indian role in supporting terrorism in Pakistan and deterioration of law and order situation should openly be condemned at international level because due to these hostile activities not only peace in the region is being effected but the world peace is also in danger and situation can be effected very badly. They said that India being a big country should better play its role for peace and prosperity rather than lawlessness in the region.
