E-attendance system for PEF partners launched

Lahore:The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has planned to give necessary training to school heads associated with the education voucher scheme. The purpose is to help them in using electronic monthly attendance system. The formal training will commence from July 3^rd under the aegis of EVS department. A departmental circular has been issued in this regard.

According to the PEF spokesman, pilot project has been launched under the directions of managing director Dr. Aneela Salman to ensure complete transparency in attendance of the enrolled students. This is an IT based monthly attendance system in which EVS partner schools will be required to submit their monthly attendance maximum by 5^th of every month after summer holidays.

PEF has also set up two different help lines for the assistance of its EVS school partners, concluded the spokesman.
