Seniority shall be made mandatory for the appointment of Principals: PMA

Lahore: Seniority shall be made mandatory in considering appointment of Principal PGMI/ Ameer ud din Medical College and PIC.

This was observed in a meeting at PMA House Lahore which was chaired by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ashraf Nizami. The meeting was attended by  Dr. Shahid Malik, Dr. Izhar Ahmad Ch., Dr. Kamran Saeed, Dr. Tariq Rehmani, Dr. Wajid Ali, Dr. Aleem Nawaz, Dr. Talha Sherwani, Dr. Rana Sohail, Dr. Asma Yasin, Dr.Qazi Yasir, Dr. Tehsina Zafar, Dr. Iram Shahzadi.

Office bearers observed that posting of juniors as head of institutes makes senior disinterested and also a serious violation of principle of seniority. Office bearers has demanded Chief Minister to make sure that only senior persons be appointed on these positions.
