American Consul General Lahore Zachary Harkenrider calls on Hamza Shahbaz

Lahore: American Consul General Lahore Zachary Harkenrider met PML(N) Central Leader Hamza Shahbaz Sharif MNA in his office, today. Both the leaders discussed matters of mutual interest and present political and regional situation during the meeting. Zachary Harkenrider appreciated the steps taken by PML(N) government for political stability and economic development of the country. He also lauded successful holding of youth festival by Punjab government for mobilizing youth to play their active role in the national development. He said that an excellent platform was provided to the youth and students to show their talent and created confidence in them through youth festival.

Speaking on the occasion, Hamza Shahbaz said that PML(N) government led by Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is determined to root out the menace of terrorism from the country and make Pakistan a strong and developed country. He said that government is working round the clock for eliminating energy crisis at the earliest and the day is not far off when darkness of load-shedding, unemployment and poor economic condition will become the history of the past and country will be made economically and politically strong. Hamza Shahbaz said that the government has diverted resources to the betterment of youth and promotion of sports and other positive activities as development and prosperity of nations are impossible without full participation of the youth.
