Police to make sure the peaceful selling of petrol : Dr Haider Ashraf

Lahore: Deputy Inspector General of police Dr Haider Ashraf has directed all divisional SPs to take stern action against who are selling petrol in black .He also directs all divisional SPs to visit petrol pumps and make sure the peaceful selling of petrol. He also directs police officers to provide security to every tanker. DIG ops Doctor Haider Ashraf also appeals public for complete cooperation with police.

Meanwhile, on the direction of DIG Operations Dr Haider Ashraf a special control room has been established to monitor the security of educational institutions in the city, where security of all educational institutions will be monitored through CCTV cameras. Sub control rooms are also being established in all divisional SPs offices. SP security Capt ® Liaqat Ali malik will be the in charge of control room established in DIG operations office.

DIG operations Doctor Haider Ashraf directs all divisional SPs to visit educational institutions to review security measures and send a brief report to this office regarding security measures. He also said that strict action will be taken against educational institutions in case of any irregularity in maintenance of security devises and police will also send a report to city district government against that educational institutions.
