DIG ops issues SC notices to 7 SHOs for their unsatisfactory performance

Lahore: DIG operations Dr Haider Ashraf has expressed his dissatisfaction over the performance of Iqbal Town and Cantt Divisions police.He issued explanation letter to 2 SDPOs and showcause notices to 8 SHOs.

While presiding over a crime meeting of Iqbal Town and Cantt Divisions police,DIG Dr Haider Ashraf directed the officers to arrange search operation in their respective administrative area on daily basis and asked to launch an effective campaign for the arrest of proclaimed offenders.He warned that those SHOs would be dealt strictly who would be failed to show performance.

He issued explanation letters to SDPO Samanabad and Gulshan Ravi and show cause notices to SHO Nawankot,Muslim Town,Iqbal Town,Gulshan Iqbal,Samanabad ,Defence A and South Cantt.

SP Iqbal Town Ammara Ather,SP Cantt Muhammad Nadeem Khokhar and all SDPOs ,SHOs were also present in the meeting
