Rawalpindi : Manzar Hussain, Indian occupied Kashmir, who inadvertently crossed LoC and came to Pakistan in Asal Kass Nullah in Khui ratta sector on 14 November, being handed over to Indian authorities at Chakoti-Uri crossing point by Pakistani military officials.
