PU CCP organizes seminar on health challenges

PULahore: Punjab University Centre for Clinical Psychology in collaboration with Pakistan Association of Clinical Psychologists (PAC) organized international talk on “Sehatmand Pakistan: Overcoming all Health Challenges” here on Wednesday at Al-Razi Hall.

On this occasion, Dean Faculty of Law Prof Dr Shazia Naureen Qureshi, MD USA & Director Global Wellness Initiative Dr Samina Ahmad, UNO’s Polio Awareness Ambassador Salman Ahmad, Director CCP Prof Dr Rukhsana Kausar, President PACP Dr Nashi Khan, educationists, psychologists, faculty members and a large number of students were present.

The speakers highlighted the present health related issues in Pakistan and also presented a documentary related to health problems. Speakers enlightened with the possible solutions to overcome health related challenges.

Dr Rukhsana highlighted role of Psychologists in raising awareness regarding health related problems and she appreciated commendable efforts of the speakers for the cause of health that will be beneficial for the general public as well.

President PACP Dr Nashi appreciated and thanked the participation of all guests.
