Police have arrested the assassinators of MQM’s MNA Tahira Asif: SSP Investigation Abdul Rabb Ch

Lahore: SSP Investigation Abdul Rabb Ch said that police had arrested the assassinators of MQM’s MNA Tahira Asif,the applicant has also identified the accused and soon they would be prosecuted in the court as the police complete its investigation.

While addressing a press conference ,here in Investigation Headquarter,Lahore,SSP Abdul Rabb Ch said that police was also doing investigation of the accused who was arrested by the Railways police in Sunble rape case and the CCTV footage of the hospital was also being watched again n again to verified the facts of the case before reaching to any result.He said that CSP officer Nabiha Ch had committed suicide and the FIR was lodged on the insistence of the deceased’s family.

Investigation wing’s SP Cantt,Sadr,Civil Lines,Model Town and Iqbal Town were also present on the occasion.

SSP investigation disclosed that in Tahir Malik murder case,five accused have been investigated including the guards of the former  prime minister Yosaf Raza Gilani’s son gunmen.

Earlier,SSP Abdul Rab Ch claimed that investigation police of Model Town,Cantt,Iqbal Town,Sadr and Civil Lines have arrested 43 desperate criminals of 8 dacoit gangs who have confessed their involvement in 78 cases of heinous crimes including murder,attempt of murder,dacoity , robbery and recovered valuables,jewelry ,mobile phones,cars,bikes,illicit weapons,cash etc worth Rs 20 millions.Abdul Jabbar alias Jabbari,Nazir alias Kalia,Zulfiqar alias Bata,Pervaiz Masih,Amanat Masih,Sajjad alias, Shahzad,Ali Raza alias Dadda,Asif alias Burger,Tariq alias Tariqi,Asif alias Mahi and Munsha were among the arrested accused.
