Lahore: The Chairman of Ansar Burney Trust International and former Federal Minister for human rights, Ansar Burney has announced that an another special flight of ‘Buraq Air’ with 180 rescued Pakistanis (stuck in Libya after Civil War) will reach home Pakistan Today (Tuesday) early morning.
He paid gratitude and appreciated the concern and immediate response from President Mamnoon Hussain, Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Adviser Sartaj Aziz and Tariq Fatemi, Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and Ambassador of Pakistan in Libya Lt. General (Retd) Javed Zia, to honour and responding on the SOS call of Ansar Burney Trust and for once again starting more chartered rescue flights to Libya, to bring back home the remaining Pakistanis stuck after civil war in Libya.
Ansar Burney said that Thousands of stranded Pakistanis have already reached back home Pakistan and now more special rescue flights once again restarted to bring back remaining Pakistanis, trapped in the ongoing civil war in Libya.
Ansar Burney also appreciated and paid tribute to the morale, passion, courage and patriotic spirit of the members of Pakistan Embassy in Tripoli, Libya, who even after several attacks on them, preferred to stay and by putting their lives on stake, made hectic efforts to save and evacuate all Pakistanis from Libya, despite the fact that other embassies had already abandoned Libya owing to worst condition of law and order.
