Lahore: Former federal minister and PPP leader Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan has aparted her ways from party and said she had enough.Dr Firdous Ashiq will brief the media tomorrow in a press conference at Lahore press club ,the reasons for what she revolt.
According to the former federal minister Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan a group of leaders never accepted her in party despite her great contribution for the revival of the party (PPP) in district Sialkot.She fought for the rights of the people at every level and succeeded to alive it in the hub of PML-N and won a seat from the constituency where PPP had never won,she added.
Dr Awan said She never spoke against party policy but her media trial was going on,she knew about media trial and its results.She had to fight on triple fronts,one was opponent political parties,second was public grievances and third the most difficult one in the party for securing my respect and honour.When I was doing everything for the party then why I was being criticized by some leaders,she questioned?
