So-called revolution and civil disobedience are aimed at to destabilize the country: Rana Mashud

17-09-2014-Rana-Abdul-Raheem-BarsiLahore: Provincial Minister for Law, Education and Tourism Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan has said that the leaders of PML had given us the ideology of modern, Islamic, democratic and welfare Pakistan. He said that we can achieve the destiny of prosperous Pakistan by following this ideology.

While addressing the 7th death anniversary of his father and renowned worker of Pakistan Movement, Rana Abdul Rahim Khan Advocate, under the aegis of Tehrik-e-Pakistan Workers Trust today, Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan said that so-called revolution and civil disobedience are aimed at to destabilize the country.

Rana Mashhood said that he is proud of belonging to such a family whose 21 members had sacrificed their lives during Pakistan Movement. He said that present leadership of PML-N wants to improve socio-economic condition of the people by promoting political values, for which political stability is essential. He lamented that Imran Khan and Maulana Tahir-ul-Qadri consider the postponement of visit of Chinese President as their achievement. He said that resignation from the elected Prime Minister cannot be taken through attack. He said that telling lie has become the habit of Imran Khan. Attack on Prime Minister House, Parliament and PTV building Islamabad is violation of law and the constitution, he added.

He said that lawyers’ community will never allow few people to violate the constitution of Pakistan. Former President of Pakistan and Chairman Nazaria-e-Pakistan Trust Justice (R) Muhammad Rafique Tarar, Justice (R) Khalil-ur-Rehman Khan, Ch. Naeem Hussain Chatha, Mian Farooq Altaf, Shahid Rasheed and Rana Asadullah Khan, younger son of late Rana Abdul Rahim also expressed their views about the qualities and services of Rana Abdul Rahim.
