PTI protest against the arrest of DJ Butt

Lahore: District President Vehari Tahir Anwarwala and 10 of his companions, the DJ of the sound system, Ticket holder from Jhelum Mirza Mehmood Jhelumi and a truck loaded with food along with 4 companion   have been unlawfully detained. and kept at Police Station Kohsar . President PTI Punjab Ejaz Ahmad Chaudary condemned the unlawful arrests of the workers of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf. He added that the blind arrests are plots to destroy the peaceful protests by the government. He said that the government has stooped very low and police is raiding the houses of the workers all across the province.

Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf President Ejaz Ahmad Chaudary said in his statement that federal government has stooped very low and police is raiding the houses of the workers, they are being harassed and tortured. Protest is the lawful, constitutional and democratic right of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf, which is why nobody can stop us, the group of rulers has lost their senses, phony cases are being launched against the workers and because of the celebration of ‘Nation Day’ on Saturday the workers are irrationally being arrested. Pillion riding is banned by the rulers, which shows how terrified they are. He added that the government has started plain hooliganism and bullying, but we want to tell the government that the workers of PTI are determined and enthusiastic and the unlawful arrests cannot minimize the enthusiasm they have. Tehreek e Insaf will continue to protest until the reign of Nawaz Sharif ends. He said that the rulers should not take our silence as our weakness, they should torture as much as they can bear on themselves later. These rulers have learnt no lesson from the model town and Islamabad Incident. We warn the government to take back these forged cases and arrests against the workers of PTI, otherwise the protests will spread across all the cities of Pakistan and the government will be responsible for them.

All the arrangements have been made. All the crowds from across the entire province of Punjab will reach Islamabad tonight. He said that the workers of Tehreek e insaf and the Pakistani nation have made history by peacefully protesting for 30 days. I salute the bravery and courage of the workers who have stood by the side of their leader Imran Khan and answered his call. Tehreek e Insaf is fighting the battle for Pakistan’s existence and sovereignty; people should come out of their homes to set themselves free from these wretched rulers, so that the whole world could know that the whole Pakistani Nation stands behind the leadership of Imran Khan undivided. Tehreek e Insaf’s fight for new Pakistan is the fight of our Quaid’s Pakistan basically. This battle that Imran khan is fighting is for the oppressed against the oppressors. The parties of status quo have united against the common public for their united self-centered interests and are trying their best to sustain the present corrupt and worthless system. Parties like People’s Party which once claimed to be the party for the poor have joined hands with Nawaz Sharif to save his reign. People know it now that who is contesting for their rights and who is fighting to protect their theft, with the help of Allah the truth and the rightful will win.
