DIG operations Dr Haider Ashraf cries over Model Town incident

Lahore: DIG operations Dr Haider Ashraf said dozens of policemen were injured with the torture of PAT workers ,out of them 9 cops were serious who being treated in Jinnah hospital.He said police did not pressurize any petrol pump administration for stopping sale of petrol rather petrol was being sold openly in the city.

DIG ops Lahore claimed that 7 cops were taken hostage at Minhaj ul Quran and were released after torture.He said police was bound to maintain order in the city and necessary arrangements were taken for the security of the people, ,security measure were taken in Model Town for the security of the people but PAT workers attacked at duty constables too,he added.
