In a joint statement issued here today, they said that all possible help should be extended to the families of the dead and speedy recovery of the injured must be ensured. They said that the reason behind blast was substandard cylinder which was also welded. A cylinder checking campaign was launched in Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa which ended prematurely because of the lack of interest of authorities.
