Inspector Kamran Shahzad was a brave and courageous officer: IG Zulfiqar Cheema

Lahore: The blood of ‘Shaheed’ (martyrs) is our biggest asset. ‘Shaheeds’ are our heroes and benefactor of our department said Inspector General National Highways & Motorway Police Zulfiqar Ahmad Cheema  while condoling and offering Fateha the family of SPO/Inspector Kamran Shahzad who embraced ‘Shahadat’ while resisting an attempt of dacoity few days ago in Lahore.

IG Zulfiqar Ahmad Cheema said that SPO/Inspector Kamran Shahzad was a brave and courageous officer who bravely tried to stop the commission of crime by looking  into the eyes of death. Such brave officers are our heroes and we should be proud of them who laid their lives by fighting against crime and dacoits said IG. IG Zulfiqar Ahmad Cheema affectionately enquired the small daughters of ‘Shaheed’ SPO/Inspector Kamran Shahzad about their father and distributed gifts among them. IG said that ‘Shahadat’ enjoys a lofty place and announced full pay with all benefits for ‘Shaheed’ Officer.
