Altaf Hussain should prove his innocence : Siraj ul Haq

Lahore: Ameer,  Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Siraj ul Haq, has said that the arrest of MQM chief Altaf Hussain was not something unexpected but he would have full opportunity to prove his innocence under the British law.

Giving his comments to the media on the issue, he said that there had been apprehensions on this score for quite sometime. He said that the MQM  must avail all the opportunities to prove the innocence of its leader.

However, he said, that peace in any city in Pakistan should not be disturbed  due to the arrest made in London.
