Trials for selection of junior team will be held on 27th May

Lahore: Open trials to select Pakistan Youth and Pakistan Junior teams will be held jointly at the Johar Hockey Stadium, Johar Town, Lahore on 27^th May, 2014 (Tuesday).

The trails will start at 9 am and finish at 6 pm. National Selection Committee headed by Olympian Islahuddin Siddiqui, Chairman along with other members Olympians Ayaz Mahmood, Khalid Bashir, Musaddiq Hussain, Arshad Ch, and Youth and Junior team managements will conduct and supervise the trials. Boys born between, 1^st January, 1996 to 31^stDecember, 1999. are eligible to take part in the youth Olympics team’strials. However, for the Junior World Cup-2016, the criteria of the selection and eligibility will be the same.

In the morning session trials will be held for Pakistan Youth hockey Team while in the afternoon session the trials for Pakistan Junior Hockey team will be conducted.
