Some political parties want to destabilize democracy :PM Nawaz Sharif

PM Nawaz Sharif at ground breaking ceremony of solar parkLahore: Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif said said that some political parties want to destabilize democracy by arranging protests.He was addressing groundbreaking ceremony of 100 MW Solar Power Project near Bahawalpur on Friday,here at Bahawalpur.

Nawaz Sharif termed these protests against the development being made by the  government and some politicians have fear if PML-N government completes these projects ,their politics wound be end in the country.

He invited Pakistan Imran Khan to have a meeting with him to resolve the issues instead of staging protest.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has reiterated the resolve to overcome the power crisis in the minimum possible time and the first project of the solar park would be completed by December this year  .

He assured the people that the government will succeed to overcome the grave challenge before completion of its tenure. He said overall the 4100 MW electricity will be generated through solar energy.He said overall 2100 MW electricity will be generated during the next eight years which will not only make Pakistan self-reliant in energy sector but will also help to export electricity.

The Prime Minister lauded the efforts of the Chinese Ambassador and said Pak-China friendship is strong now than before.The Prime Minister said that a number of power projects are underway to generate cheap electricity through coal which will help produce production of thousands of megawatt of electricity.

The Prime Minister said that special economic zones will be setup in 2100 kilometer long Pak-China Economic Corridor on our sides of border. He said modern railway system will also be included in this corridor that will link Gwadar with China.He said the government intends to modernize Gwadar city and turn it into cities like Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore to attract more economic activities. He said the new proposed motorway under this corridor will also be linked with Bahawalpur from Multan which will greatly benefit the people of the area.
