Hamid Mir injured in a murder attempt

Lahore:Senior Anchor person of Geo News Hamid Mir has become injured in

a lethal murder attempt,here at Natha bridge Karachi on Saturday evening.He was going to office from Airport,when he reached at Natha pul,some

unidentified armed personnel opened fire on him and escaped from the scene.Mr Mir was taken to hospital,where he was being operated in ICU operation theater.
According to the Drs,two bullets hitted the Hamid Mir ,treatment was undergone and soon they would be in a position to tell something more.
The incident took place near Airport police station and the attackers were on one car,two bikes.
